Agrifarms Global currently ships throughout the United States and select international destinations.
Domestic Shipping
Orders within the United States are shipped primarily through the United States Postal Service (USPS) and other approved domestic carriers when necessary.
All products are shipped from our U.S.-based fulfillment and distribution center.

International Shipping

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of our products, Agrifarms Global only accepts returns under the following circumstances:
Eligible Returns
We may accept returns if:
• The product arrives damaged during transit.
• The product remains unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Eligible Returns
We cannot accept returns for:
• Opened products
• Used products
• Products altered after delivery
• Products damaged due to improper storage or handling by the customer
• Clearance, promotional, or final-sale items
DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To assist with your claim, please provide:

• Description of Damage
• Clear photographs of the product
• Clear photographs of the shipping package
Upon review, Agrifarms Global may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error made by Agrifarms Global.
